At coq au vin we’ve been busy helping Al Brown and his team prepare for Burning Lamb by holding 24 lambs in Brine for 36 hours ready to be roasted over wood at the event for 9 hours slowly cooking and smoking absolutely delicious! About

This unique Kiwi Festival held at a secret West Auckland location had everything on offer to excite the senses from art installations, to music performances all washed down with excellent Kiwi wine, beer and home grown food cooked by Al Brown & Co with the grand finale the impressive Argentinian style Burning Lambs.
